Woodbury Bowls Club

We proudly sponsor the Woodbury bowls Club.

The Woodbury Bowling Club was a formed in 1978 as a result of the popularity of, the Citizens' Club of Bendigo. With a membership list of more than 600, it became clear that the Citizens' Club required larger premises than that of their current location, the second floor of the Clarence Hotel in Bull Street. Woodbury House was chosen as the ideal venue, the spacious land surrounding the house offered members the opportunity to take up outdoor activities and thus the Woodbury Bowls Club was born.

Marong Golf Club Inc.

We proudly sponsor the Marong Gold Club

Marong Golf Club was established in 1920, recently celebrating it's 100 year anniversary with a member appreciation day on October 31st 2020.

The club has faced multiple challenges since its creation, including a devastating fire which destroyed the previous clubhouse along with numerous honour boards. Even though a slice of history was lost, the club bounced back and rebuilt and was straight back to action. (copied from https://www.maronggolfclub.com.au/history)

Fight MND

Our practice supports FightMND and the Big Freeze events.

Founded in 2014, FightMND was established with the purpose of finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

What FightMND has done since 2014 is be the voice, and the guiding star for Australians who want to fight ‘The Beast’. The horrible and debilitating disease gradually takes away the patient’s use of their arms and legs, their ability to eat and swallow, their speech and ultimately their ability to breathe…all in an average timeframe of just 27 months.
